Who we are
Quantimental Technologies Inc. is a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with registered and correspondence address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 25426, Dover, DE 19904, United States. We also operate Quantimental Technologies Ltd., a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15983258), with correspondence address at Monomark House, 27 Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Both entities share the same name and ownership and together comprise “Quantimental Technologies.”
Data Controller. For visitors to quanti-tech.com and individuals who contact us through this site, Quantimental Technologies Ltd. (the UK entity) acts as the Data Controller of your personal data. We have designated the UK entity as Data Controller because it is established in the United Kingdom, which provides UK and EU/EEA users with the most direct and enforceable rights under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is our lead supervisory authority. Where required under Article 27 of the EU GDPR, we will appoint an EU Representative prior to taking sustained institutional engagements involving the processing of EU residents’ personal data; their contact details will be published in this section.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with quanti-tech.com:
- Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, country/location, category of enquiry, optional URL (e.g. LinkedIn or company website), and the content of your message.
- Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your communication.
- Server log data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard web server logs containing your IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URLs, response codes, and timestamps. These logs are retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Analytics and behavioural data (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we collect aggregated usage data using Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. This may include device and browser information, approximate location (city/country), pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, click events, and anonymised session recordings. Form fields are masked by default in Clarity recordings.
We do not collect special category data (such as health, biometric, or political information) through this corporate website. We do not run any account, payment, or subscription system on quanti-tech.com.
How we use your information and legal basis
- To respond to your enquiries submitted via the contact form or by email. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to inbound communications, and where the enquiry relates to a potential commercial relationship, pre-contractual steps at your request (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and functional website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To analyse aggregated usage for site improvement, only after you grant consent through our cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from regulators or courts. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
Where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis, we have carried out a Legitimate Interests Assessment (balancing test) confirming our interests do not override your rights and freedoms. You may request a summary of the relevant assessment by emailing info@quanti-tech.com.
Automated decision-making. We do not use your personal data submitted through quanti-tech.com for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
International data transfers
Personal data of EEA and UK visitors may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions, where our hosting, email, and analytics service providers operate. Each such transfer is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2 or Module 3 as applicable) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, supplemented where appropriate by additional technical measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, pseudonymisation). You may request a copy of the relevant transfer safeguards by emailing info@quanti-tech.com.
Data retention
- Contact form and email correspondence: retained for up to 36 months from last interaction, unless the conversation matures into an ongoing commercial relationship, in which case retention follows the applicable commercial arrangement.
- Server logs: retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Analytics data: retained for the default retention period configured with the analytics provider (currently 14 months for Google Analytics 4; per Microsoft Clarity provider defaults).
We will retain personal data longer where required by law (for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or anti-money-laundering obligations) and will delete or anonymise data when these purposes have been met.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and equivalent regimes), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) in defined circumstances;
- Restrict our processing of your data;
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom, the lead authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. In the European Economic Area, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence; a directory is maintained by the European Data Protection Board at edpb.europa.eu.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@quanti-tech.com. We will respond within one month of receipt, as required by UK/EU GDPR.
